ATP 250 in the southern capital of Central Asia
«The ATP 250 series has found a fitting host in Almaty, the city where Kazakh tennis began to develop in the 1920s. The Almaty Open promises to be a grand sporting event, offering fans an atmosphere of celebration, energy and competitive spirit at Almaty Arena, where the tournament will be held,» said Bulat Utemuratov, President of the Tennis Federation of Kazakhstan.

Tickets for the ATP 250 tournament in Almaty are on sale now. The event, which will take place 13-20 October 2024, will offer a unique opportunity to see the world's best tennis players in action. Kazakhstan's first ever ATP 250 tournament was held in Astana in 2020 that featured a line up of some of the top 10 players in the world, including Novak Djokovic, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Daniil Medvedev, Carlos Alcaraz, Hubert Hurkacz, and Andrey Rublev, among others. The prize money for the ATP 250 Almaty Open will exceed $1 million.
The event will also feature a variety of entertainment and activities, delicious food, and a special kids zone, ensuring fun for the whole family.
